Support & warranty
When the machine stops, your income stops. That’s the whole reason to buy locally.
Every machine carries one year of service and parts, training is included, and there’s a person here to call. Below is what that covers and what it doesn’t.
Covered for 12 months
One year of service and parts, from the date you take delivery.
- Service — diagnosis, labour and repair work
- Parts — laser module, control board, stand and motors
- Manufacturing and factory defects
- Firmware and software problems
Not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, liquid, or power surges
- Consumables — lenses, goggles, belts, cutting plates
- Damage from running the machine outside its rated materials
- Units opened or modified by someone else
None of this is unusual, and we’d rather you read it now than discover it during a claim.
Training is part of the machine, not an add-on
The learning curve is where most people waste their first month and a pile of blanks. Settings that work on someone else’s acrylic won’t necessarily work on yours.
So we sit down with your materials and your products, and dial in settings you can actually use. If you’re engraving stainless tumblers, we set up stainless tumblers — not a demo tile.
Come to a demo and see how that worksSomething's wrong — what do I do first?
Message us before you take anything apart. A surprising share of faults are settings, focus height, or a loose cable, and those are a five-minute fix over chat rather than a repair.
How long does a repair take?
Depends on the fault and whether the part is in stock locally. We'll give you a straight answer when you report it rather than an optimistic one — you're planning production around it.
What happens after the first year?
Cover runs for twelve months. After that we'll still repair the machine and still answer the phone — you're just paying for parts and labour. Ask us for a quote before you commit to anything.
What if I bought from someone else?
We'll still help where we can, but warranty claims go through whoever sold it. If you imported it yourself, that means the overseas seller.
What we’re still building
We’re not going to claim a full service bench with every part on the shelf, because that isn’t where we are yet. Some repairs are handled here; some need parts from the manufacturer, and that takes longer.
What we will do is tell you which one you’re dealing with, on the day you report it. The difference between us and ordering from abroad isn’t that nothing ever goes wrong — it’s that there’s someone here whose problem it becomes.
Nine years of running these machines commercially means most faults are ones we’ve already had ourselves.

Ask us the hard questions first.
Bring your warranty and service questions to a demo. It’s a better time to find out what we can’t do than month four.
